Answer by mayur godhani for SQL Server SELECT LAST N Rows

Try using the EXCEPT syntax.
Something like this:

   SELECT *
    FROM clientDetails
    EXCEPT
(SELECT TOP (numbers of rows - how many rows you want) *
     FROM clientDetails)
